Ok...for those of you who are "in the know", I need your help!!! WHAT is being built in front of Target on Lakeland??? It is driving me
nuts that there is no signage indicating what it is. It looks like some type of restaurant...any guesses???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

It's making me nuts, too! I also wonder what the stuff is behind Ruby Tuesday. It's going to be BIG. I tried looking up info on the Floowood Chamber site, but nothing's there!
