Just like Mommy...

Those of you that know me well know that I can often be seen with a Diet Coke in my hand. Well, when I'm drinking my morning Diet Coke, I leave it on the kitchen counter where little hands cannot reach it (or so I thought). A couple of days ago I was changing Grayson's diaper, and I heard Caden. He was saying, "Juice, Juice!" When I walked out, he was coming toward me with an empty Diet Coke can, and this is what he looked like:

The Excitment you've all been waiting for...

I mentioned in my last post that I would have something exciting to share in my next post. I would like to invite all of you to visit my new "blog shop." Here is my product commercial for the day: I don't even remember what this bath thingie is called, but I LOVE IT!!! It makes bath time SOOOOOOOO much easier!

And when I take Grayson out, Caden climbs in!! He can get in, but he can't get out. So he starts saying, "I stuck...Mommy, I stuck."

This is how we color...

Caden really likes to get in his chair at the table and "color." You'll notice from these pictures that he is QUITE advanced for a 2 year old. To color, Caden hands you a color and tells you what to draw. Then he'll take the crayon and add his own touches. Here are the pages from a recent session. (sorry one of them is turned the wrong way!)

Caden's first Swim...

Yeah, I know, he's almost 2 1/2, but this was his first time in a real (not kiddie) pool. He absolutely LOVED it!! We'll definitely have to be doing this some more. Frank's youth had a swimming get together last night, so we seized the opportunity to get Caden in the pool. I think that he wants to give me a heart attack at an early age...the boy has NO fear!!! He was all about jumping off the side of the pool, but I don't think he has very good depth perception yet. He would jump, but not out. Frank would basically just grab him in mid air and pull him out into the pool. It was quite fun!!

Supper Club...

I love our Sunday School Class! We try to get together once a month outside of church for "supper club." We all go in together and hire a couple of babysitters for the kiddos, and then we have just a great time together! This time we went to Mac and Ashley's and had a cookout. We even did Karaoke...so fun!!! Here are some pics from the evening...
